Job Summary
Paid Media Strategist responsible for end-to-end management of paid digital campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn; ownership of budget allocation and channel mix, with in-platform build, optimization, and reporting. Collaborates with Manager of Integrated Campaigns, Director of Marketing Programs and Operations, B2B Product Marketing Teams, and in-house creative teams to bring campaigns to life. Focuses on driving MQLs, pipeline contribution, and site traffic through measurement, attribution, and tagging; develops creative briefs and tests new channels as programs mature. Plays a hands-on role in cross-training with the Sr Associate of Integrated Campaigns - Organic & Boosted Social; operates in a remote-first, US-based setting with comprehensive benefits and a base salary range of $93,100-$114,050. Must-have experience includes managing paid media across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Paid Display, owning budget allocation, and translating performance data into actionable recommendations. The role emphasizes a lean team environment and opportunities to expand channel mix and approaches over time.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing paid media campaigns hands-in-tool across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Paid Display (Google, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn preferred)
- Experience owning budget allocation and making channel mix decisions independently, without agency support
- Strong command of campaign tracking, attribution, and tagging — comfortable troubleshooting in-platform
- Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Familiarity with ABM tactics, intent-based targeting, or account-level media strategies
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable B2B outcomes — MQLs, pipeline contribution, or site traffic
- Experience in a marketplace, platform, or multi-product B2B environment
