B2B Global Training and Enablement Manager

Job Summary
Own onboarding program for global commercial hires, design and deliver a regular training calendar covering commercial skills, product knowledge and sales methodologies, maintain and grow training content library, build a feedback loop to identify gaps and drive improvements with performance data, and coach frontline managers using frameworks and tools; requires 3+ years in training/enablement or a hands-on B2B commercial role, strong facilitation across markets, data-driven mindset, and GenAI tooling familiarity; based in Lisbon with hybrid work (minimum 3 days in the office weekly), fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in training, enablement, coaching or a hands-on B2B commercial role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fast-scaling environment
- Strong facilitator
- Organised and self-directed
- Comfortable with sales and enablement tooling (CRM, lead generation, BI/analytics)
- Genuinely excited about using GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT and others)
- Based in Lisbon, Bolt for Business global HQ
- Fluent English is a must, additional languages are a bonus
