B2B Field Marketing Specialist

B2B Field Marketing Specialist responsible for strengthening distributor relationships and expanding the distributor network. Key duties include creating and marketing the Distributor Value Proposition (DVP), implementing ABM campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, generating qualified leads from industry trade events (NACS, WPMA, SIGMA), managing the fleet card program with WEX, developing Co-Op Advertising programs, and producing distributor communications and marketing materials to enable sales. The role also supports local and regional promotion and grand opening initiatives, with occasional special assignments. Requires strong creative, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and the ability to travel up to 30-40%. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience; preferred 7+ years of marketing experience and knowledge of petroleum products.
