Job Summary

Own the B2B e-commerce strategy, growth, and operations for Giant’s digital wholesale channel, including P&L ownership, digital sales strategy, portal UX, and onboarding of new dealers. Drive revenue by expanding account opportunities, optimizing the digital buying journey, and integrating ERP/CRM back-end systems with the front-end portal; ensure accurate product data, pricing, and inventory; manage logistics and SLAs with warehouse teams; lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, IT, Marketing, and Global Digital; develop dealer training to drive adoption of the self-service tool; monitor KPIs (AOV, channel adoption, conversions) and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B e-commerce or wholesale digital sales
  • Experience in cycling or sporting goods industry preferred
  • Strong proficiency with B2B e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce B2B Commerce, Magento, Shopify Plus)
  • ERP systems experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proven experience managing a P&L
  • Cross-departmental project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical features into business benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent professional experience
