Job Summary
District Manager leading and coaching an outside sales team in a field-focused role in California. Drive regional revenue growth by guiding weekly pipeline reviews, coaching in the field at least three days a week, developing strategies to close strategic opportunities, and participating in recruiting to maintain a high-performing team. Responsibilities include real-time coaching, field visits, quota attainment, maintaining CRM records in Atlas, and collaborating with leadership on sales strategy. Requires 4+ years leading outside sales, strong prospecting and presentation skills, ability to travel extensively (in the field about 75%), and a base salary plus variable incentives with OTE around $150K. Strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and building a successful, high-velocity sales culture within a financial technology / payments environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older
- Live in area relative to job posting location -Orange County California
- Must have a minimum of four years' experience leading an outside sales team
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
