Job Summary
Customer Support Representative for Keeper Security’s B2B support team. Handle customer requests and feedback via phone and email through Salesforce, troubleshoot product issues, and provide accurate, quick, and professional assistance. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, escalate complex issues to Tier 2, and collaborate with management and other teams to implement policy changes. Deliver high-quality, professional B2B support and maintain positive rapport with customers. Requires 1+ years of technical support experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Bachelor’s degree, Salesforce, and ServiceNow experience. This is a 100% remote position with potential for a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area; classification: Non-Exempt.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven history of maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- ServiceNow experience (preferred)
- Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets and computers
