Job Summary
Set and drive the creative vision and strategic direction across a broad portfolio of client accounts, overseeing all facets of creative from strategy and design to production and post-production. Lead, mentor, and grow a large multidisciplinary team of creative professionals, establishing workflows and standards that ensure operational excellence and quality assurance. Partner with executive leadership and business development to expand service offerings, contribute to pitches, and win new business opportunities while strengthening client retention through performance-driven creative solutions. Represent the practice externally through thought leadership and industry events, utilizing AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to optimize processes and drive financial outcomes aligned with P&L goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent senior creative leadership role at a creative and/or media advertising agency
- A portfolio demonstrating a track record of conceptualizing, developing, and delivering creative campaigns across multiple channels at scale
- Mastery across creative disciplines (copywriting, design, production, strategy, or post-production) with the ability to oversee all functions at a leadership level
- Demonstrated success managing and developing large creative teams across multiple accounts and industries
- Strong business acumen with experience driving retention, service expansion, and new business wins
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Deep understanding of creative best practices, strategic planning, compliance, project management, and operational leadership
- A visionary leader with a track record of building culture, inspiring teams, and pushing creative boundaries while delivering measurable business results
