Job Summary
B2B Content Writer needed for remote contract role to join Marketing team. Must have proven track record of long-form B2B content (eBooks, whitepapers, guides, articles) and ability to craft newsletters, marketing emails, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership pieces for senior executives. The ideal candidate writes with audience insight, maps user journeys, and builds strong arguments, while leveraging AI to improve efficiency and content quality. Must submit at least two writing samples and demonstrate native-level English, strong research, SEO understanding, and WordPress editing experience. Candidates should be independent, highly organized, agile, proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative. Experience ghostwriting for senior executives and across multiple industries is highly valued; focus on detail and adaptability across formats and platforms. The posting emphasizes ongoing learning, creative mindset, and interest in tech.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience writing B2B content
- Excellent writing skills with a portfolio showing range across long-form and short-form B2B content
- Native-level English (or C1 minimum)
- Active use of AI tools to build workflows, projects, or processes that improve content quality or efficiency
- Experience ghostwriting for senior executives, including thought leadership and LinkedIn content
- Strong research skills and the ability to construct a compelling argument from complex source material
- An ability to adapt writing style and voice to suit different audiences, platforms, and content formats
- Experience writing across multiple industries (preferred)
- Experience with uploading and editing content in WordPress (preferred)
- Technical writing experience (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A strong understanding of SEO
