Job Summary
Drive Nord Security’s B2B affiliate program by researching, recruiting, and managing partners globally; build strong relationships including travel to visit partners and attend conferences; collaborate with Product to keep partner editorial teams updated on product releases; analyze affiliate performance to optimize ROAS and drive growth; explore new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities to expand the program; support cross-functional teamwork with marketing, product, and sales to scale partnerships and impact millions of users.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
- Knowledge of digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
