Job Summary
B2B Account Manager & Business Developer for Oscar Mobility in Denmark, owning the end-to-end sales cycle with new and existing B2B accounts, including hunting high-potential targets, building relationships, negotiating terms (pricing and fleet access), and delivering feedback to product/ops. You’ll shape Oscar’s B2B approach in Denmark, drive cross-functional collaboration with locations and customer service, manage key accounts for long-term revenue growth, and share market learnings with other European markets. Requires 3–6 years of B2B sales/AM experience in mobility or car rental, fluent Danish, autonomous decision-making, and a bias for action in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment. The role offers hybrid work in Aarhus, Denmark, with real ownership from day one and opportunities to influence product-market fit across multiple European markets.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience in B2B sales/AM, with a background in car rental, fleet, or mobility
- Fluent Danish including customer interaction in Danish
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and act quickly
- Intrinsic motivation focused on closing and building sustainable revenue
- Willingness to own and drive end-to-end commercial processes for B2B accounts
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate field insights into product and operations improvements
- Comfort coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders (location management, customer service) to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings and industry events as needed
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, execution-first culture
- Strategic mindset to identify target verticals, regions, and high-potential accounts
- 360-degree account ownership from new business development to account growth and renewal
