B2 - Temporary Promotion - Monetary Value of Fraud and Error Team Manager (Glasgow)

Support and manage a team of Measurement Fieldwork Officers to assess fraud and error levels within the benefit caseload. Proactively identify and refer error cases for remedial action while recommending controls for continuous improvement. Produce regular reports analyzing risks, threats, and mitigations to reduce fraud impact. Guide the team through complex queries with a focus on coaching and capability development. Collaborate with stakeholders across Social Security Scotland and the wider Scottish Government Programme. Support the MVFE Team Leader in achieving objectives and contributing to strategic direction. This temporary role runs until 31st December 2026.
