Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of leadership, warehousing or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 47 lbs frequently throughout a shift and up to 60lbs occasionally
- Ability to access all areas of the distribution center, including the mezzanine
- Ability to read, use matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
- Basic math skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training
- Strong time-management skills; able to multitask, prioritize and manage requests from multiple departments
- Ability to work independently, as well as on a team, providing work direction to team members
- Ability to be trained on powered equipment safely
