Automotive Service Technician at Asbury/Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale. Responsibilities include performing general repairs and diagnosis, handling light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical systems, HVAC, steering & suspension, and completing maintenance services. Maintain and document work on repair orders, conduct road tests when needed, and ensure customer vehicles are returned clean. Communicate with service advisors when additional work is needed and participate in manufacturer-sponsored training to expand knowledge of new technology. Maintain CSI targets and file warranty claims as required. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know); uphold safety and quality standards; and be a team player. ASE and manufacturer certifications are heavily preferred. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass pre-employment screening.
