B-Shift Ground Beef Production Supervisor - Amarillo Plant

Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, oversee morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics, and verify all machinery meets highest performance standards. Ensure every workstation passes USDA Inspection, promote safety through daily checks and monthly meetings, and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory rotation, and product rework. Supervise team members by communicating benefits and compensation policies, providing encouragement, and performing training, retention, and counseling on personal and professional issues. Collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems and deliver continuous education on quality standards. Perform other responsibilities as needed while maintaining high production, quality, and yields in the safest working environment possible.
