Job Summary
Conduct daily production duties on the B shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 62 lbs regularly in varying temperature and humidity conditions. Execute basic to intermediate knife skills for trimming and deboning meat products while safely operating powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines. Perform repetitive motions efficiently and follow management instructions, taking on additional tasks as required. This role is open only to new hires for the August 2026 cycle; rehires are not accepted.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing and able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach for extended periods
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 62 lbs regularly
- Must be willing and able to adapt to working in extremely cold, damp, or extremely hot and humid environments with slippery surfaces
- Must be willing and able to perform repetitive motions efficiently
- Must be willing and able to learn and execute basic to intermediate knife skills for trimming and deboning meat products
- Must be willing and able to safely operate powered equipment, such as saws or skinner machines
- Must be willing and able to follow management instructions and take on additional tasks as required
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
