Job Summary
B-Cut Floor Production Supervisor leads production, quality, and yield while maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities include reviewing daily production orders, overseeing morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics, ensuring machinery operates at peak performance, verifying USDA inspection standards, promoting safety via monthly meetings, overseeing shipping and inventory rotation, communicating benefits and policies to Team Members, and handling training, retention, and coaching. Requires at least 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience and 1 year in a meat manufacturing environment (preferably pork or beef), plus a high school diploma. Travel 1–5 trips per year. Position located at Storm Lake Plant, Storm Lake, Iowa. Relocation assistance is not offered. This role is full-time, shift B, with equal opportunity employment and a focus on quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a meat manufacturing environment (preferably pork or beef)
- 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience
- High school diploma required; additional education or specialized training preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Travel: 1–5 trips per year
