Job Summary
Lead day-to-day Azure platform support operations, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents for VMs, networking, storage, and security services. Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to ensure optimal performance. Manage patching, updates, and performance tuning while coordinating with teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments. Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to maintain ITIL compliance across Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. This role requires 8+ years of experience with Azure and automation scripts.
