Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • AZ-104 certification
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in help desk, technical support, operations, or IT customer service roles
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (Required)
  • US Citizenship
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab
  • VDI technologies experience; Azure Virtual Desktop preferred
  • Salt, Ansible, Chef, Puppet configuration management tools
  • Windows and Linux troubleshooting
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-base skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
