Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- AZ-104 certification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in help desk, technical support, operations, or IT customer service roles
- Active TS/SCI clearance (Required)
- US Citizenship
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab
- VDI technologies experience; Azure Virtual Desktop preferred
- Salt, Ansible, Chef, Puppet configuration management tools
- Windows and Linux troubleshooting
- Strong documentation and knowledge-base skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
