Job Summary
Manage Entra ID identities, Conditional Access, and MFA policies while enforcing least-privilege access across Azure, M365, and hybrid environments. Monitor security alerts from Defender and Sentinel, support vulnerability management, and maintain compliance with internal and external standards. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or Power Platform and serve as the technical escalation point for identity and cloud issues. Partner with the AI Solutions Lead and security teams to deploy and govern AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT integrations. Requires 3–7 years of cloud identity experience and familiarity with AI-enabled environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Azure administration, Entra ID, or cloud identity management
- Strong understanding of identity security, Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and security tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex identity and access issues across cloud and hybrid environments
- Familiarity with supporting AI-enabled environments (Copilot, ChatGPT integrations, Azure OpenAI)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or other SIEM/SOAR/EDR tools
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience
- Exposure to Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or AI-related integrations
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-102)
