Job Summary
Automate solutions and integrate them with other services while defining development frameworks for complex deployments in the Azure Cloud. Provide guidance on DevOps code deployment projects and assist teams with operational tasks, acting as a trusted advisor by offering objective, practical ideas and insights. Participate in high-level technical solution design to ensure reliable, stable applications meeting business requirements, and write cloud formation templates integrated with continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Requires Azure DevOps Associate Certification, 6+ years of experience including 3 years in complex hosting environments, and fluency in Azure CLI.
Required Qualifications
- Azure DevOps Associate Certification
- certifications in DevOps, system architecture, or cloud technologies
- high-level understanding of Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
- high-level understanding of Azure Container Services (ACS)
- 6+ years of industry-related experience
- 3 years within a complex hosting environment
- Fluent in Azure Command Line Interface
- Strong scripting (e.g. Python, SQL) and automation skills
- Experience with configuration tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
- Experience with Agile software development and project management methodologies
