Lead use of Microsoft Azure DevOps and project management tooling across product and engineering teams by planning a comprehensive roadmap for Microsoft ADO, Microsoft Project, Jira, and ITSM. Manage daily operations of these delivery systems while designing enhanced executive dashboards and reports. Collaborate with vendors, Scrum Masters, and product managers to align tools with Agile methodologies, develop training, and troubleshoot application environments to minimize downtime. Execute testing of fixes and new features while staying current on the latest technologies. Serve as a communication bridge between product and developers, resolving issues tactfully and incorporating stakeholder feedback into functional specifications.
