Job Summary
Lead data engineering projects using Azure Databricks to deliver analytics solutions. Design and implement data pipelines and architecture for analytics solutions. Mentor team members in data engineering best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs, analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, and maintain project deliverables to meet quality and timelines. Drive innovation through the adoption of new technologies and manage stakeholder communications and project updates. Role anchored in PwC Acceleration Centers as part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team, overseeing project execution, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging strategic planning to elevate team performance and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience in data engineering
- Proficiency in Azure Databricks and Spark architecture
- Experience designing and implementing Azure Data Analytics solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams for project delivery
- Understanding of Data Modeling and Data Architecture
- Business knowledge in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology
