Job Summary
Voyage Global Leadership Development Program at Marriott International for recent university graduates. A full-time development program spanning 12-18 months across disciplines including Accounting & Finance, Culinary, Engineering, Event Operations, Event Planning, Food & Beverage Operations, Human Resources, Revenue Management, Rooms Operations, and Sales & Marketing. Participants will engage in hands-on hotel operations, management meetings, and cross-disciplinary mini-rotations, with mentorship from Marriott senior leaders and coaches. The program emphasizes building customer relationships, driving innovation, managing projects & people, improving processes, and contributing to Voyage projects, with pathways toward supervisory or entry-level management roles after graduation. Requirements include a university/hotel school degree within the past year (bachelors required, associates acceptable for Culinary), strong critical-thinking and interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, self-management, growth orientation, and work authorization in the apply country.
