Job Summary
Drive scheduled routes between Windsor and Brampton, completing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate logbooks. Load and unload freight, safely handling products up to 50 lbs, while ensuring compliance with all Ministry of Transportation regulations. Submit required paperwork and report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns. Operate automatic transmission trucks during night shifts starting between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, working 10–12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of AZ driving experience
- Valid Class AZ Driver's Licence
- Clean Driver Abstract and CVOR Abstract
- Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks
- Strong knowledge of MTO regulations and safety standards
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs when required
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Strong safety record and driving habits
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Comfortable working 10–12-hour shifts
