Job Summary
Assist in the control and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance in hotel facilities. Responsible for improvement work, ensuring technical areas are clean and well-maintained. Handle customer complaints, requests, and suggestions, reducing expenses without compromising service quality. Coordinate with reception regarding room blockages, monitor external works and ensure pool treatments are supervised. Clear knowledge in English and/or German is required, alongside completion of Higher Vocational Training and relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Completion of Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior)
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in English and/or German
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective systems in hotels
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning, electricity, refrigeration
