Execute packaging, production, and packing processes according to established procedures to meet plant planning. Produce and execute approved production orders by SKU while maintaining optimal quality standards and plant productivity. Support resource optimization by registering and verifying checklists for each product. Report any safety, maintenance, or quality issues to immediate supervisors to implement corrective actions and protect plant indicators. Provide operational support in required areas to guarantee the production process. Requires a technical high school diploma in mechanics or electricity, at least one year of experience as a technical assistant or production helper, and knowledge of food safety or BPM standards. Availability for rotating shifts is mandatory.
