Deliver items directly to guests in their rooms and provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, the front office, and other areas requiring assistance. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, navigate stairs and service ramps, and handle objects weighing up to 55 pounds. Read and visually verify information in various formats while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies. Ensure a safe workplace by following all procedures and upholding quality standards. Work across departments to ensure guests and associates have what they need at the point in time when they need it.
