Job Summary
Axway APIM Module Lead responsible for supporting, developing, and troubleshooting API-based solutions with emphasis on API integrations and reliability. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs; collaborate with backend, frontend, QA teams; implement new API features and enhance existing capabilities. Provide technical assistance, diagnose issues, troubleshoot bugs and performance problems, and ensure API availability. Participate in incident management and on-call rotation; handle production issues and shifts across US/EMEA/APAC. Strong skills in Axway API product, Linux, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), ITIL services, and experience with API management tools (Postman, Swagger, Apigee). Desirable: Unix/Shell scripting, Docker/Kubernetes, OAuth/JWT, JSON/XML, SQL/NoSQL, and experience with API security and authentication methods. Total experience 04-06 years. Education: B.Tech (CS/IT/Electrical/Electronics).
