Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and assist with room arrangements and cleanliness. Work collaboratively with team members during busy weekend shifts. Maintain availability on weekends and holidays, including on-call shifts, to support the hotel's opening in July 2024. This role supports the new Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo, which features 212 rooms, a chic restaurant, and banquet spaces on the University of Toledo Medical Center campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability on weekends and holidays, with on-call shifts
