Job Summary
Conduct automated and manual testing for bespoke software solutions across process automation and infrastructure monitoring projects. Define test strategies, approaches, and plans to ensure acceptance criteria are met and production releases comply with global SDLC standards. Collaborate with development and service operations teams to investigate automated test opportunities, pinpoint production issues, and manage the testing process while escalating issues as needed. Deliver robust, sustainable solutions with sufficient release documentation for support handover in a high-pressure environment.
