Job Summary
Implement and configure software according to specified requirements and project plans. Deliver functional, technical, and project information to sales for proposals. Conduct workshops to clarify product requirements and provide training to end-users. Ensure installations and technical setups are performed accurately while keeping skills up-to-date. Perform administrative tasks and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance departmental collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience in software implementation and process management is required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL language is a preference
- Experience and strong interest in software implementation
- Experience within GRC, application functionality technical IT subjects and products
