Job Summary
Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety and provide assistance; welcome guests with a positive demeanor; warn persons of rule infractions or violations; escalate issues to event supervisors; perform duties with constant walking, stairs and sitting as part of event security tasks; requires a guard card for security roles and clean background; strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are essential to support safety at large-scale events such as concerts, sports games, and trade shows in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Required Qualifications
- A valid guard card is required for Event Security (Event Staff will not need this license)
- Background check required
- Customer service experience required
- Teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner
- Retail or greeter experience is a plus
