Job Summary
AWS Lead Software Engineer-Full Stack/Databricks responsible for executing software solutions, designing and delivering secure, high-quality production code, and producing architecture/design artifacts for complex applications. Works with large diverse data sets to drive continuous improvements, identifies hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture, and contributes to engineering communities. Requires formal software engineering training or certification and 5+ years experience; proficient in Full Stack Java/Spring Boot/Microservices/RestAPI; experience in large corporate environments; knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies including CI/CD, security, and resiliency. Preferred familiarity with Databricks and React, and exposure to AWS cloud technologies (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda).
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Proficient in coding in one or more languages - Full Stack Java / Spring Boot / Microservices / RestAPI
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
