Job Summary
Design, deploy, and manage scalable Amazon Connect environments; build and maintain Terraform Enterprise IaC modules; create and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment and updates; monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot deployment issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions; 4+ years of AWS experience (Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges); hands-on IaC with Terraform Enterprise; experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions); multi-environment deployments (Dev, Staging, Production); strong communication and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AWS services (Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Enterprise
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience deploying and managing multi-environment deployments (Dev, Staging, Production)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure design, deployment best practices, and security
