Job Summary
AWS Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable Amazon Connect environments and building automated infrastructure deployment pipelines using Terraform and CI/CD tools. Responsibilities include deploying across Dev, Staging, and Production, leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Data Bridges, developing IaC modules with Terraform Enterprise, ensuring maintainable Terraform code, building and managing CI/CD pipelines, integrating Terraform Enterprise with CI/CD, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions. Requires 4+ years of AWS experience (Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges), IaC with Terraform Enterprise, and CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with AWS services, especially Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Data Bridges
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Enterprise
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience deploying and managing AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect environments
- Experience with multi-environment deployments (Dev, Staging, Production)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices
- Strong communication and documentation skills
