Job Summary
AWS Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable Amazon Connect environments; building automated infrastructure deployment pipelines using Terraform Enterprise and CI/CD tools; deploying across Dev, Staging, and Production; leveraging Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges; developing IaC modules, maintaining reusable Terraform code, and integrating Terraform Enterprise with CI/CD; monitoring performance and troubleshooting deployment issues; collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions. Requires 4+ years of AWS experience (Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges), IaC with Terraform Enterprise, and CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions); familiarity with agile practices, automation, monitoring, and cloud security; strong communication and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AWS services, especially Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges
- Hands-on experience with IaC using Terraform Enterprise
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices
- Experience managing multi-environment deployments (Dev, Staging, Production)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of automation, monitoring, and cloud security practices
- Experience working in Agile and collaborative environments
- Good communication and documentation skills
