Job Summary
Provide L1, L2, L3 support for Post Trade Processing applications across Middle-Office, back-office, and Settlements. Manage service requests through Incident/Problem workflows, coordinate with SMEs for resolution, and handle change and release management. Monitor application performance, execute fail-over and disaster recovery activities, and participate in incident triage and root cause analysis. Implement methods to improve support systems and maintain operational documentation. Work independently to ensure timely issue resolution and service quality across multiple applications.
Required Qualifications
- Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE (Min 4 years of experience)
- AWS
- Snowflake
- DevOps/ SRE
- Various RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase etc)
- Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys)
- Operating System - Windows and UNIX
- Scripting (Python)
- Incident Management
- Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru, Hinjewadi Phase 1 - Pune
- Shift Time: EMEA
Desired Qualifications
- Prometheus/ Grafana
- Knowledge of Capital Markets (Trade lifecycle, Settlement process)
- Knowledge of SWIFT
- Knowledge of Settlement Applications
- Familiarity with enterprise support environments and operational best practices
