Job Summary
AWS CWI certified welding inspector and Ultrasonic Shear Wave Level II technician perform NDT inspections of weldments, piping systems and fixed equipment within assigned areas. Role is project-based under the Alaska special projects callout division, with local or remote projects. Must follow and draft standard piping isometric drawings, and travel to remote job sites periodically. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs and willingness to travel; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- AWS CWI certification
- Current level II UTSW certification
- Current MT and PT certifications
- RT Code level II code preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
