Job Summary
Develop Amazon Connect contact flows using Dynamo DB, Lex Bots, and API Gateway while designing call routing profiles, queues, and dynamic messaging for emergency and holiday operations. Implement solutions with Python, Node.js, or Java Lambda, leveraging AWS services including Contact Lens, Transcribe, and Kinesis. Manage development version control via Git and GitHub, and execute CI/CD pipelines using Go CD, Terraform, and Cloud Formation. Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and line-of-business customers while troubleshooting complex issues. Requires strong analytical skills and AWS certification; prior Genesys experience is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in developing Amazon Connect contact flows using Dynamo DB, Lex Bots, API Gateway
- Experience in designing and implementing call routing using routing profiles, queues, call backs, emergency messages, hours of operations, holiday routing with dynamic messaging
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, Java Lambda
- Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js or Java over AWS Lambda API's
- Experience with development and version control tools like Eclipse IDE, GIT, GitHub, TFS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Go CD, Terraform and Cloud Formation
- Good communication and analytical skills with ability to coordinate development with onshore/offshore developers as well as Line of Business customers
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AWS services like Contact Lens, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, Quick Sight, Lambda, Elastic Search, Kibana and Kinesis
- AWS certification
- Prior Contact Center Experience with Genesys development
