Job Summary
Developing and testing IVR contact flows under the supervision of a lead developer using Amazon Connect and Lex, with AWS services integration (DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway) across multiple clients. Provide functional/technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support delivery of future capabilities; assist in impact assessments and in producing estimates for client work. Requires hands-on AWS experience with Amazon Connect and Lex implementations, experience designing call routing with routing profiles, queues, and dynamic messaging; proficiency in Python and Java over AWS Lambda APIs; and experience with GitHub/AWS CodePipeline.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of contact center technology experience
- Experience with Amazon Connect and Lex implementations
- Developing and testing IVR contact flows under supervision
- Hands-on AWS experience with at least 1 full life cycle Amazon Connect implementation (preferred in an Enterprise scale env)
- Experience with DynamoDB, Lambda and API Gateway
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java over AWS Lambda APIs
- Experience with development and version control tools like Github, AWS CodePipeline
