Job Summary
Lead customer consultations, design innovative AWS solutions, and present technical strategies to stakeholders. Drive migration, modernization, and DevOps initiatives by creating detailed project backlogs, managing roadmaps, and serving as a hands-on escalation point for complex technical issues. Mentor team members on AWS best practices while leveraging deep cloud migration experience to ensure seamless transitions from on-premises environments. Stay updated on emerging technologies and AWS offerings to continuously drive innovation across client projects.

- Shape technical strategies
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Act as the primary technical leader in customer calls
- Lead technical discussions and present solutions
- Support DevOps, migration, and modernization projects
- Deliver high-quality technical outcomes
- Work with PMs to create detailed project backlogs and roadmap
- Ensure successful project delivery
- Serve as a hands-on escalation point for complex technical issues
- Guide team members on AWS solutions, migration strategies, and best practices
- Foster skill development
- Leverage deep cloud migration experience
- Ensure seamless transitions to AWS from on-premises environments
- Design and implement innovative solutions
- Remain hands-on throughout project lifecycles
- Stay updated on AWS offerings, DevOps tools, and emerging technologies
- Drive innovation
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, EKS, and ECS
- Track record of leading successful AWS migration and modernization projects
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodeSuite, CircleCI)
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its best practices
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Able to present technical solutions and demos to internal and external stakeholders

- AWS Professional and specialty certifications
- Experience with Data, Machine Learning, or AI technologies
- Passion for contributing to open-source tools and communities
- Knowledge of advanced AWS services or emerging technologies
