Job Summary
Joint ownership with senior Mortgage Specialists in advising and delivering residential real estate solutions for JP Morgan Private Bank Clients. Daily proactive management of loan origination processes, including liaising with clients, coordinating with internal partners and third parties, submission of mortgage applications, completing pricing analyses, and coordinating all steps needed for efficient closing of each deal. Respond to client and internal inquiries; assist with underwriting development, identifying thorough financial packages and potential underwriting issues, and conducting detailed credit risk analysis. Ensure client needs are met or exceeded; respond to data quality questions and resolve issues. Through on-the-job training, identify and structure mortgage loan opportunities during conversations with clients, bankers, and other team members; analyze client balance sheets and cash flow to formulate suitable mortgage solutions aligned with risk parameters; coordinate the end-to-end application, origination, and closing process including documentation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for clients and internal partners; partner with senior Mortgage Specialists to market JP Morgan’s mortgage solutions platform to banking partners, clients, prospects, and third-party centers of influence.
