Job Summary
Own ideation, design, product development, and launch of Private Bank lending and deposit products; collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, technology and operations; drive strategic direction for the Private Bank product portfolio and new product launches; lead cross-divisional working groups, develop rigorous documentation and executive updates, and foster a culture of delivery excellence through agile practices.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience building and launching successful digital products
- Experience with financial services, lending and banking preferred
- Experience working in agile/scrum teams (including JIRA proficiency)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
