Job Summary
Lead the strategic growth and maintenance of the existing client base within a designated regional territory by cultivating relationships with senior HR counterparts at partner corporations. Identify revenue opportunities within current accounts, articulate the firm's strategic vision, and increase service utilization among employees and executives. Collaborate on designing tailored financial planning programs by matching product offerings to corporate needs, establish success metrics, and analyze progress against pre-defined factors. Serve as the escalation point for service issues and concerns, orchestrating internal resources to enhance overall client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with employee benefits/compensation, marketing/sales, relationship management and/or financial industry
