Job Summary
Lead the strategic growth and maintenance of the existing client base within a designated regional territory by cultivating relationships with senior HR counterparts at partner corporations. Identify revenue growth opportunities within current corporate relationships and articulate the firm's strategic vision to educate clients on diverse service offerings. Increase awareness and utilization of Goldman Sachs Ayco services among employees and executives, while collaborating on designing tailored financial planning programs. Partner with stakeholders to establish success metrics, analyze utilization outcomes, and serve as the escalation point for service issues and internal concerns. Orchestrate internal firm resources to enhance overall client relationships and drive execution of engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with employee benefits/compensation, marketing/sales, relationship management and/or financial industry
