Job Summary
Greet and check in patients by name, manage appointment scheduling and checkout, and collect payments while assisting with insurance verification and documentation. Respond to new patient leads from phone, web forms, and email to schedule consultations and convert them into appointments, recommending additional services such as HRT, IV therapy, or vitamin boosters. Build strong relationships with patients to support return visits and conduct follow-ups to keep them engaged in their wellness plans. Attend local events like women's wellness expos and boutique gyms to promote clinic services and drive new patient interest. This role supports the clinic's focus on hormone replacement therapy and modern wellness solutions for women at every life stage.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, or front-desk coordination
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing payments and insurance with professionalism
- Must be available for occasional evening/weekend events (1 small event per month and 1 larger event per quarter)
- Must be able to greet and check in patients by name with warmth and professionalism
- Must be able to manage appointment scheduling, check-out, and payment collection
- Must be able to assist with insurance verification and documentation
- Must be able to follow up on unpaid balances and billing questions
- Must be able to build strong relationships with patients to support return visits
- Must be able to conduct follow-ups to keep patients engaged in their wellness plans
- Must be able to respond to new patient leads from phone, web forms, and email
