Awake Overnight Youth Counselor

Oversee overnight supervision and safety for adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting with bedtime and morning routines, crisis support, and positive behavior reinforcement, and building meaningful connections with residents. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree or 2 years of youth experience; driver's license preferred; background check required. Four-day workweek options with full-time scheduling (10pm–8am), in Rumney, NH, with potential benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, and 403B; housing provided at select NH locations.
