Job Summary
Awake Overnight Residential Counselor position in Westwood, MA supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in residential programs. Responsibilities include direct care tasks (showering, toileting, grooming, meal-time assistance), collaborative advocacy and support, promoting health, case management, mobility and transfer assistance, incontinence care, meal preparation, organization and life-skills coaching, and coordinating with team members and supporters to help individuals lead more independent lives. Requires awake overnight availability, experience with ID/DD, valid driver’s license, and HS diploma (related experience preferred); MAP certification preferred. Required Qualifications
