Job Summary
Awake Overnight Positive Support Specialist (PSS) in Intensive Community Residential Services (ICRS). Provide person-centered support to individuals with intensive medical, behavioral, and mental health needs, assisting with daily living skills, community participation, advocacy, and crisis management. Roles include AM, PM, and overnight shifts with documentation and record-keeping each shift; training in Positive Behavioral Supports and crisis management; trauma-informed care integrated into routine practice; benefits, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth. Requires high school diploma (or higher preferred), 1–5 years of experience with individuals with complex needs preferred, BCA background check, and valid driver’s license. Location: Saint Cloud, MN, on-site work. Hiring bonus of $1,500 and 40% FTE or greater commitment required.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education is a high school diploma
- Must physically be able to stand, squat, bend, or walk for long periods; able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be cleared by a Bureau of Criminal Affairs background study and have a driver’s license
