Job Summary
Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support for individuals with identified needs. Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, household support, and transportation. Advocate for residents' rights, monitor their health and well-being, and report changes as needed. Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings within a residential group home setting. Awake overnight shifts are available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English
- A valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
- 40% FTE or greater
- Ability to remain up to date on all trainings
- Ability to maintain employment in good standing
- Ability to work all scheduled shifts
